Quotes provided through our website are estimates based on the information you supply and are subject to confirmation. A quote does not constitute a binding contract until expressly accepted in writing by both parties.
Pricing may vary based on actual cargo dimensions, weight, route availability, fuel surcharges, currency fluctuations, and applicable customs duties or taxes. Any additional charges will be communicated before they are applied.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when requesting a quote. WTL is not liable for delays, additional costs, or service issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
WTL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited in accordance with applicable international conventions, including the Hague-Visby Rules, the Montreal Convention, and the CMR Convention, as applicable to the mode of transport used.
WTL shall not be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, government actions, pandemics, port congestion, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Senegal. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dakar, Senegal.
For international shipments, the applicable international transport conventions and treaties shall take precedence over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.
